he is covering 20 meters of road length in 1 second…by uniform we mean in the next second he will again cover additional distance of 20 m

so two sec has elapsed and now he is ahead by 40 m

this distance is say s1 = 20m/s .2 s = 40 m

so by simple rule if it has run for 10 seconds such 20 m length will get added to its initial position.

so he must have moved a distance s = velocity .time = 20m/s . 10 s = 200 m
