Answer:

if a body gets positively charged then it means that it lost some electrons from its outer shell. Electrons are negatively charged sub atomic particles and protons are positively charged sub atomic particles. if a body is negatively charged, then it means that it gain some electrons and they are in majority.

Answer:

There is positive as well as negative charge in the body but the positive charge is more than negative charge.

Explanation:

Charged body: A charged body is one that carries a charge. However, this charge could be neutral or negative or even positive.

A charged body may be categorized as follows depending on the type of charge:

Positively Charged Body: A body with more number of protons compared to number of electrons present in the atoms of that body is known as positively charged body.

Negatively Charged Body : A body with more number of electrons compared to the protons present in the atoms of that body is known as negatively charged body.

So in a positively charged body, the protons which are the positively charged subatomic particles are present, and also negatively charged subatomic particles which are known as electrons, are present. But in it the number of positively charged protons are more in number than the negatively charged particles.
