for second case we have theta with horizontal
therefor angle with vertical is (90-theta)
T2=2u sin(90-theta) / g----------------(2)
divide (1) and (2)
T1 / T2 = sin(theta) / sin(90-theta)
T1 / T2 =sin (theta) / cos (theta)
T1 / T2= tan(theta)
therefore ratio of time of flights is tan(theta)
