s=ut + 0.5 a t^2

At starting point, displacement s= 0

0= 10 t + 0.5 x -9.81 x t^2

t ( 10 - 4.905 t ) = 0

t = 0 or 4.905 t = 10

Ans t = 2.04 s (3s.f.)
