At the top the tension is always zero.

At the bottom tension will be equal to the sum of the body’s weight and centrifugal force

The velocity at the bottom for the body to finish its revolution is root of 5Rg

Using this idea we can find centrifugal force by using its formula mv2/r. Plug in the values and ull get 5mg

So, T = mg + 5mg = 6mg

This is the derivation. Now in your question weight is 0.4kg

So T = 6(0.4)(10) = 24N
