\huge\mathtt\pink{A}\mathtt\red{N}\mathtt\blue{S}\mathtt\green{W}\mathtt\purple{E}\mathtt\green{R} \: 20M

Given:-

  1. initial velocity= 20m/sec
  2. Retardation=10m/sec²

To find:-

Highest Distance travelled by it

Solution:-

Use 3rd equation of motion.

 \huge  {v}^{2}  -  {u}^{2}  = 2as

Put value in formula

  \large{0}^{2}  -  {20}^{2}  = 2( - 10)s

From here Value of S comes

s = 20m

SYMBOLS:-

  1. S= DISTANCE
  2. V =FINAL VELOCITY
  3. U=INITIAL VELOCITY
  4. A=ACCELERATION
