Well, the question seems to be incomplete, but still here is the possibile equation-:

Initial velocity- u
Final velocity at highest point- v
Distance (height) reached - h
Acceleration= g


Equation -

2gh= v^2-u^2

According to me, the equation must be:-

2gh = v^2 - u^2

where,
g = Acceleration due to gravity
h = Height or distance obtained by the body
v = Final velocity
u = Initial velocity
