Heya !!!

This is your answer.

Given :

u = 98 m/s
g = -9.8 m/s². ( As it is thrown upwards)
v = 0 (As it will stop after reaching heighest point)

Using
2gs = v² - u²
2 × -9.8 × s = - (98 × 98)
s = (98 × 98)/(2 × 9.8)
s = 98 × 5
s = 490 m.

Now, Using
v = u + at
0 = 98 - 9.8 × t
t = 10 s

u = 98 m/s

g = -9.8 m/s². ( As it is thrown upwards)

v = 0 (As it will stop after reaching heighest point)

Using

2gs = v² - u²

2 × -9.8 × s = - (98 × 98)

s = (98 × 98)/(2 × 9.8)

s = 98 × 5

s = 490 m.

Now, Using

v = u + at

0 = 98 - 9.8 × t

t = 10 s
