g=10m/sec^2

Vo =g×t=70×5=50m/s

from t=0 to t=1sec

h=(Vo×1−5×10^2)−0=50−5

=45mup

from t=q to t=10sec

h=[Vo×10−5×(10)^2 ]−[Vo×9−5×(9)^2 ]

h=0−450−405

h=−45m

So, 1 st and 10 th sec is the answer
