u =0
v =u +at
or, 98= 0 +9.8t
or, t =10 s
v^2= u ^2 +2as
or, (98*98) =0 +2 (9.8)s
or, s = (98*98)/(2* 9.8)
or, s = 490 metres
Therefore the maximum height reached is 490 metres and it will reach its maximum height after 10 seconds.
