Velocity = 9.8ms⁻¹ ( Given)

Angle formed = 30°

Time period = T

Initial velocity theta is angle of projection = u

Also, When the body hits the ground, its vertical displacement will be 0.

Thus,

T = 2uSin∅/g

  = 2×9.8×sin30°/9.8

  = 1

Thus, the body will hit the ground after a time of 1 second.

Answer:

T = 1sec.

Explanation:

v = 9.8 m/sec.

α = 30°

T = ?

we know

T = 2 u sin(α) / g

T = 2×9.8×1/9.8×2

T = 1 sec.

Ans.
