Density of the block (ρ)= 8000kg/m3

Since ρ > ρ'
So the block will sink completely.
Then volume of displaced water(V') = volume of the block= (m/ρ)
Now plug in the value of V', ρ' and g in the eqn (1)
Then Fb = 800*(2/8000)*10
= 2 N
So the force of buoyancy is 2N.
