The Kinetic Energy, K.E = 25 J
We know that ,
From this ,,,
Kinetic Energy ,K.E = 1/2 × m× (5)^2
25 = 1/2 × m × 25
m = 2 kg
(i) Now the Velocity of the object is doubled,,
v2 = 2v1
= 2( 5)
v2 = 10 m/s
Kinetic Energy, K.E = 1/2 × m × (v2)^2
= 1/2 × 2 × 10^2
= 100 J
The Kinetic Energy is 100 J.
