Given -:

acceleration of the body = 2m/s²

initial velocity = 10 m/s

To find -:

The velocity of body after covering 75 m

Time taken to attain that velocity .

Solution -:

We know that ,

v² = u² + 2as

v = u + at

___________________________________

u = 10 m/s , a = 2m/s² , s = 75 m

by putting the values

v² = u² + 2as

v² = (10)² + 2(2 × 75)

v² = 100 + 300

v² = 400

v = √400

v = 20 m/s

 \purple{\therefore \: velocity\: of \: body\: after \: covering \: 75 \: m \: = \: 20 \: m/s }

_____________________________________

v = 20 m/s , u = 10 m/s , a = 2 m/s² , t = ?

by putting the values

v = u + at

20 = 10 + 2t

20 - 10 = 2t

10 = 2t

t = 10/2

t = 5s

 \purple{\therefore \: time\: taken \: = \: 5 \: s}
