u=0m/s
In 3 seconds the body travels 270m.
So, in one second distance =270/3=90m
So, In 10 seconds distance=90*10=900m
so, s=900m
t=10 seconds
s = ut +  \frac{1}{2} at {}^{2}  \\ 900 = 0 \times 10 +  \frac{1}{2}  \times a \times 10 \times 10 \\ 900 = 0 + 50a \\ 50a = 900 \\ a =  \frac{900}{50}  = 18
So, acceleration of the body is 18m/sec^2.
v = u + at  \\  =  0 + 18 \times 10 \\  = 180
So, velocity of the body after 10 seconds is 180m/s.
