a body moves in a straight line along x axis . Its distance from the origin is given by x= 8t-3t^2 where x is in metres and t is in second . find the average velocity from t=0 to t=1 second

x=8t-3t²

average velocity =total distance/total time

total distance = 8(1)-3(1)²=5m

Total time=1 sec

average velocity=5/1

which is equal to 5!!!
