Lets take mass of body be m and its initial and final velocity be u and v respectively

We know that,

Impulse = Force × time = Change in momentum

=> 200 × 0.25 = mv - mu

Now as body comes to rest in 0.25 secs thus final velocity becomes 0, thus final momentum becomes 0

=> 50 = 0 - mu (initial momentum)

=> mu = -50kg/ms^-1 (ans). Hope u find it helpful
