Yes it can be possible if the magnet tide if the acceleration is zero. The definition of accelerated motion is that the change in the velocity of the object in a fixed interval of time is constant or variable. If you consider an object moving with uniform acceleration(as it is not mentioned that whether the body is moving with uniform or non uniform accelerated motion) then the change in velocity in velocity of to object in a fixed interval of time would be zero (as per the condition in the question). Since this acceleration is a constant , hence we can safely conclude that the body can be said to have been moving in accelerated motion
