Answer:

(i) Velocity = 7m/s.

(ii) Displacement = 70m.

(iii) Velocity = 9.6 m/s.

Explanation:

Given:- initial velocity,u = 2m/s.

acceleration,a = 0.5m/s^2 = 1/2m/s^2.

time,t = 10s.

final velocity,v = ? (to be calculate).

displacement,d= ? (to be calculate).

We know that,

a = v-u/t.

=> 1/2 = v-2/10.

=> 10/2 = v-2.

=> 5 = v-2.

=> 5+2 = v.

=> v = 7.

So, velocity of body in 10 seconds will 7 metre per second.

And,

v=d/t.

=> d=v×t.

=> d=7×10.

=> d=70.

So, displacement of the body with velocity 7m/s in 10s will 70m.

Now,

v=d/t.

=> v=96/10.

=> v=9.6.

Hence, velocity when displacement is 96m in 10 seconds will 9.6m/s.
