S = ut + 1/2 at²

3 = U*1 + a/2*1

2u + a = 6 ----(1)

8 = U*2 + a/2*2*2

2u + 2a = 8 ----(2)

from (1) and (2)

a = 2 m/s²

from (1)

2u + a = 6

2u + 2 = 6

u = 2 m/s

since S= ut +1/2at^2

so,

3=u×1+1/2 a×1^2

6=2u+a___________(1)

again,

8=u×2+1/2 a×2^2

8=2u+2a__________(2)

on subtracting equation (1) from (2),we get,

a=2

hope it helps u....!!!
