we have aldready the mass as 500kg

now calculate acceleration

we have a=v-u/t

then substitute v=50,u=10,t=20

then it is 50-10/20

40/20=2 m/s^2

then F=ma

substitute m=500,a=2

then F=500x2

          =1000N

the force exerted is 1000N..............hope it helps mate
