Given:-

  • Area = 10×5

  • Force = 30 N

To Find:-

  • Pressure on the body ,p

Solution:-

Firstly we convert the unit here

Area = 10cm×5cm

Area = 50cm²

1m² = 10000cm²

∴ 50cm² = 50/10000 = 0.005 m²

Now we know that

→ Pressure = Force/Area

→ p = F/a

Substitute the value we get

→ p = 30/0.005

→ p = 30×1000/5

→ p = 6×1000

→ p = 6000 Pa

The pressure acting on the body is 6000 Pascal.

Given :-

  • Area = 10 × 5
  • Force = 30N

To Find :-

  • Pressure on the body.

Solution :-

Firstly,

  • Area = 10cm × 5cm

  • Area = 50cm²

  • 1m² = 10000m²

  • 50cm² =  \rm\dfrac{50}{10000} {m}^{2} = 0.005m²

Now,

  • Pressure =  \rm\dfrac{Force}{Area}

Substitute,

  • \rm{p =  \dfrac{30}{0.005} {m}^{2} }

  • \rm{p =  30  \times  \dfrac{1000}{50} }

  • \rm{p = 6 \times 1000}

  • \rm{p = 6000Pa}

\therefore The pressure on the body is 6000Pascal.
