distance travelled in 6sec=0.5x10x6²=180m

height after traveling 6sec=500-180=320m

Potential energy=mgh=0.1x10x320=320j

Kinetic Energy=0.5x0.1x(10x6)²=180j

(U can use law of conservation of energy as well

i.e. Ki+UI=Kf+Uf)
