P.E = mgh
h = P.E/ mg = 8000/10×10=80m
H=vi^2/2g
vi^2=H×2g
vi^2=80×2×10
vi^2=1600
taking squareroot on both sides
sqrtvi^2=sqrt 1600
vi=40m/s
