Here,

  • Initial Velocity = u = 10 m/s

  • Final Velocity = v = 30 m/s

  • Time = t = 25 s

Let Acceleration of Body be = a m/s²

We Have 1st Equation of Motion as :

Putting Values In 1st Equation of Motion ;

:\longmapsto \rm 30 = 10 + a \times 25 \\

:\longmapsto \rm 25a = 30 - 10 \\

:\longmapsto \rm a =  \frac{20}{25}  \\

We know that,

v = u + at (First eq. of motion)

On putting values in the formula,we get,

=> 30 = 10 + a × 25

=> 25a = 30 - 10.

=> 25a = 20

=> a = 20/25

=> a = 0.8m/s^2

Calculating magnitude of force applied

Formula Required to calculate magnitude of force applied

F = ma

On putting values in the formula, we get,

=> F = 10 × 0.8

=> F = 8.0

=> F = 8N

Magnitude of force applied is 8N
