We know that,
F = m*a
Using 1 eqn of motion
v = u + at
Here, v = 0 m/s, u = 15 m/s, t = 3 sec
Therefore, a = -5 m/s²
Hence, Force required is, F = m*a
= 10*(-5) = -50 N
