Force = mass(m) × acceleration(a)

First find acceleration:

a =  \frac{v - u}{t}

here, v = 18.75 m/s, u = 0 and t = 12 sec

a =  \frac{18.75 - 0}{12}  =  \frac{18.75}{12}  = 1.56

so a = 1.56m/s^2

force = 15 × 1.56 = 23.4N
