According to question

Mass of body   m = 16 Kg

Force   F = 8 N

Thus   F = m *  a
           8 = 16 * a
            a = 0.5
while going upwards
                  F' =  m * (g - a)
                  F' = 16 * (10 - 0.5)
                  F =  16 *  9.5
                   F' = 152 N

BrainofBrainly: i have the answer. it's 16 N
BrainofBrainly: please give correct answer or give my points back
amaanjaved09: simply the answer would come by multiplying 2*8
