Buoyant force is equal to the product of density  and gravitational force .

           So, from this

If the liquid 's mass is 2kg

then,

its density is mass/ volume (assuming volume as 1) then density is 2.

the gravitational force is 9.8

                     so

               2(9.8)=19.6 N

therefore the buoyant force is 19.6 N
