KE = 30 J

Explanation:

g = 10 m/s^2

h initial = 5m

K.E = 0 J

P.E. = mgh = 1*10*5 = 50 J

h new = 2m

P.E now = mgh = 1*10*2 = 20 J

By Law of Conservation of Energy

K.E at h = 2m = P.E initial - P.E new = 50 - 20 = 30 J
