Volume of object = Mass of object / Density of object
= 2 kg / (1000 kg/m³)
= 2 × 10^-3 m³
According to Archimedes principle
Volume of liquid displaced = Volume of object immersed
Bouyant Force = Volume of liquid displaced × Density of liquid × g
= 2 × 10^-3 m³ × 800 kg/m³ × 9.8 m/s²
= 15.68 N
∴ Bouyant Force on object is 15.68 N
= 2 kg / (1000 kg/m³)
= 2 × 10^-3 m³
According to Archimedes principle
Volume of liquid displaced = Volume of object immersed
Bouyant Force = Volume of liquid displaced × Density of liquid × g
= 2 × 10^-3 m³ × 800 kg/m³ × 9.8 m/s²
= 15.68 N
∴ Bouyant Force on object is 15.68 N
