a body of mass 2 kg is accelerated from rest to a velocity 20 metre per second in 5 seconds what is the average power delivered​

m = 2kg

u = 0m/s

v = 20m/s

t = 5s

a = (v-u)/t

= (20-0)/5 = 4m/

Distance travelled can be found out by

S = ut + ½at²

= 0×5 + ½×4×5²

= 2×25 = 50m

Force = Mass × Acceleration

= 5 × 4 = 20N

Therefore,

Work done = Force × Displacement

= 20×50

= 1000J

Power = Work/ Time

= 1000/5 = 200W
