According to Newton’s 1st Law: An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

Table is frictionless. No frictional force is acting on the body. Body is already in motion. It will be in motion with same uniform velocity unless an opposing force acts on it. So, no force (F = 0) is required for the body to keep it moving with same velocity.
