mass=2kg
initial velocity(u)=20m/s
Time =2sec
First we will find its final velocity
then we will derived this on ek=1/2mvsquare formula
then we got answer....

Given:-

Mass=2Kg

Initial velocity=20m/s

Time=2sec.

g=10m/s^2

Since,the object is thrown upward against the gravitational force of earth so ,the acceleration due to gravity will be in negative.

By ,using 1eqn.of motion..

V= u + at

V= 20 + (-10)×2

V=20-20

V=0M/s

Kinetic energy =

 \frac{1}{2} m {v}^{2}

 \frac{1}{2} 2 \times  {0}^{2}

= 0 M/s

hence ,Kinetic energy after 2 sec. will be 0 .
