a body of mass 2 kg is tied at one and of a string 1m. long the other end is fixed the body revolves in a horizontal circular. the maximum tension which the string can with stand in 200 N. find the maximum no. of revolution per minute the body will make and its linear velocity when the string just break

The maximum tension in the string,
 T=mω2R

⇒200= 2 × w²×2×1

⇒w²= 50

⇒w= 5√2

⇒ = wr = 5√2×1 = 5√2 m/s
