Given:-

▪︎Mass(m)=200g

=>200/1000

=>0.2kg

▪︎Initial velocity(u)=5m/s

▪︎Final velocity(v)=17m/s

To find:-

▪︎Change in linear momentum of the body.

Solution:-

We know that change in linear momentum of a body is ---

=>Final momentum-Initial momentum

=>mv-mu

=>m(v-u)

=>0.2(17-5)

=>0.2×12

=>2.4kg m/s

Thus,change in linear momentum of the body is 2.4 kgm/s
