Given :

Mass of body = 200 kg = 0.2kg

Velocity = 5 m/s

To find :

Find Momentum

Theory :

The linear momentum of a body (\vec{p}) is defined as the product of the mass of the body and it's Velocity (\vec{v}) .

\sf\:\vec{P}=m\vec{V}

Solution :

Mass of body,m = 200 kg = 0.2kg

Velocity , v= 5 m/s

{\purple{\boxed{\large{\bold{\vec{p}=m\vec{v}}}}}}

put the given values

 \implies \vec{p} = 0.2 \times 5

 \implies  \vec{p} =  \frac{2}{10} \times 5 = 1

Therefore, Momentum of a body is 1 kgm/s
