Answer:

Acceleration is 0.05m/s^{2}

Explanation:

Given:

Mass of body=20kg

U (initial velocity)= 0m/s

V (final velocity)= 25cm/s

                         =(25/100)m/s

                          = 0.25m/s

Time= 5s

Acceleration= (change in velocity/time taken)m/s^{2}

                     = (v-u/t)m/s^{2}

                     = (0.25-0/5) m/s^{2}

                     = (25/500) m/s^{2}

                     = (5/100)m/s^{2}

                     = 0.05m/s^{2}

and, Force acted = (m×a)N

                            = (20×5/100)

                            = (100/100)

                            = 1 N
