mass = 25 g = 0.025 kg

momentum = 0.4 kgm/s
to find : Kinetic Energy
Solution : mass * velocity = momentum
                0.025 kg * velocity = 0.4 kgm/s
                velocity = [0.4/ 0.025] m/s
                velocity = 16 m/s
Kinetic Energy = 1/2mv2
            Ek = [1/2 * 0.025 * 16 * 16] J
            Ek = 3.2 J

p= mv

v= p/m                v= 0.40/25             v= 0.016 m/sec.

K.E.=1/2 m*v*v

= 1/2 *25*0.016*0.016

= 0.0032 joule

Mass = 25 g = 0.025 kg

Velocity = 0.40 metre/ second

= 1/2 X 0.025 X 0.40 X 0.40 = 0.002 joule

Hope it helps !! Cheers !!
