Since,
Momentum = mass × velocity

0.4 = 0.025 × v

=>v= 0.4/0.025

=> v = 16 m/s

Now Kinetic Energy ,

KE = 1/2 m v^2

= 1/2 × 0.025 × 16 × 16

=> 3.2 J


Therefore, Kinetic Energy is 3.2 Joules.

solution:

Mass = 25 gram = 0.025 kg

momentum = 0.4 kg m/s

p = MV

0.4 = 0.025 v

v = 16 m/s

now, Kinetic energy= 1/2 mv^2

1/2 ×0.025×256

= 3.2 joule
