Answer:

given \\

m = 2kg

r = 0.5m

v = 3m  {s}^ - 1{}

therefore

fc =   \frac{m {v}^{2} }{r}

 =  \frac{2 \times  {0.3}^{2} }{0.5}

 = 0.36n

Hope this may help you....

Answer:

The work done by centripetal force on a circular path is zero.e.option(b).

Explanation:

The work done is given as,

W=F.s=Fscos\theta       (1)

Where,

W=work done

F=force

s=displacement

In the case of a circular motion the work done, the component of force is not along the direction of displacement they are perpendicular to each other and cos90° is zero, at each and every point on the circular track, and therefore the component of force along the direction of displacement will always be zero in case of a body moving along a circle.

Hence, the work done by centripetal force on a circular path is zero.e.option(b).
