# Given-
m = 2 kg
u = 20 m/s
t = 2 s

# Solution-
As body is going upwards, a = -g .

Using Newton's 1st kinematic eqn,
v = u + at
v = u - gt
v = 20 - 9.8×2
v = 0.4 m/s

Kinetic energy of the body is calculated by -
K.E. = 1/2 mv^2
K.E. = 1/2 × 2 × 0.2^2
K.E. = 0.04 J

Kinetic energy of body after 2 s will be 0.04 J.
