we know v = u + at

here t is given as 2 seconds

now acceleration a = u/t = 20/2 = 10m/s^2

v = 20+10*2 = 20+20 = 40m/s

we know that kinetic energy is given by

1/2m(v-u)^2

1/2*3*(40-20)^2

3/2*20^2

3/2*400

3*200

600 kgm^2/s^2

now potential energy is given by mgh

but here h = 0 , so potential energy is also zero.
