Given:-

  • Mass of body (m) = 30kg

  • Acceleration due to gravity (g) = 9.8m/s²

To Find:-

  • Weight of the body (W).

Solution:-

By using this Formula

→ W = mg

Here

W is the weight

m is the mass of object

g is the acceleration due to gravity

Substitute the Value ,we get

→ W = 30×9.8

→ W = 294 N

The weight of the object is 249Newton.

Additional Information!!!

✧ Product of mass and acceleration is called force.

✧ SI unit of Force is Newton.

✧ It is denoted by N.

✧ Force is vector Quantity i.e., both Magnitude and direction.

✧ Mathematical term

⟹ Force = Mass×Acceleration

Given :-

  • Mass Of 30 kg.

  • Acceleration Due To Gravity = 9.8m/s²

To Find :-

  • Weight Of the body.

Solution :-

We know that,

Weight = Mass × Acceleration due to gravity.

OR

W = mg.

So, We can use this formula.

➨ W = 30 × 9.8

➨ W = 30 × 98/10.

➨ W = 98 × 3.

➨ W = 294.

Hence, Weight = 294 Newton.
