First find acceleration.

a = (v - u)/t

=> a = (25 - 15)/5 = 2 m/s^2

Then find force.

F = ma

=> F = 4*2 = 8 N

Given that,

Mass of a body, m = 4 kg

Initial speed of a body, u = 15 m/s

Final speed of a body, v = 25 m/s

Time, t =5 s

To find,

The magnitude of force.

Solution,

Let F is the force acting on a body. It can be calculated using second law of Newton such that the net force is given by :

F=ma\\\\F=\dfrac{m(v-u)}{t}\\\\F=\dfrac{4\times (25-15)}{5}\\\\F=8\ N

So, the magnitude of force is 8 N.
