KINETIC ENERGY WILL BE 3200 J.

Given:

  • Mass of body = 4 kg
  • Force experienced = 16 N

To find:

Kinetic energy at the end of 10 seconds?

Calculation:

Let the acceleration be 'a' :

a =  \dfrac{force}{mass}

 \implies a =  \dfrac{16}{4}  = 4 \: m {s}^{ - 2}

Now, applying EQUATIONS OF KINEMATICS:

v = u + at

 \implies \: v = 0 + (4)10

 \implies \: v =40 \: m {s}^{ - 1}

Now, we know that:

KE =  \dfrac{1}{2} m {v}^{2}

 \implies \: KE =  \dfrac{1}{2}  \times 4 \times  {(40)}^{2}

 \implies \: KE =  3200 \: joule

So, kinetic energy will be 3200 J.
