Fᴏʀᴍᴜʟᴀ:-

a =  \frac{v - u}{t}

Solution:

 \frac{v - 5 }{2}

F= 12 N

F= m× a

20 N = 4 kg × ( v - 5 )

5 = ( V- 5 )

Answer :- V = 10 m/ s
