mass of the object is 5 kg

height is 100m

g=10m/s (square)

potential energy = mgh

5×10×100

=5000J

kinetic energy = 1/2mv (square)

initial velocity =0

final velocity=?

time=3s

acceleration=v-u/t

acceleration is due to gravity

therefore,10=v-0/3

v=30m/s

kinetic energy is 2250J
