its a simple question

if a body is at certain height from the surface of earth then it has some potential energy due to the gravity. for example if it just drops from that height it will accelerate towards the earth with g m/s2 . which also means that the kinetic energy of the body is also increasing while throught the motion of the body. atlast while reaching near the surface or just before when it hits the ground all its potential energy will be converted into kinetic energy. what iam trying to say is energy is always conserved . so if somehow u can change a potenrial energy of the bodu into heat energy(but i dont know how ) .. according to conservation energy

heat energy = potential energy

= MgH

=5*9.8*30

=1470 joules
