m= 5kg
u= 10m/s
v= 35m/s
t= 25sec
we know,
f=m.a (a= v-u/t)
f= m(v-u/t)
f= 5(35-10/25)
f= 5N

Given,

mass,m=5kg

initial speed ,u=10m/s

final speed,v=35m/s

time taken, t=25sec

To calculate:- The value of force applied

Formula to be used:-

  • acceleration =change in velocity/time
  • force =mass×acceleration

Solution:-

  • a=v-u/t

putting the all value

a=35-10/25

a=25/25

a=1 m/s²

  • f=m×a

putting the value

f=m×a

f=5kg×1m/s²

f=5kg.m/s²or 5N

F=5N
